3 of us from my group wanted to experience a massage while on vacation. After difficulty finding availability, The Spa at Kona Beach Hotel made it possible. I have so many positive things to say of this place and nothing negative. The man we spoke with worked hard to get us in. He took our number and secured our place. When we arrived he was waiting to take us in. Our therapists were waiting elegantly like the red carpet had been rolled out just for us. We were welcomed and treated like royalty from the beginning. It is a little confusing but this is inside the Marriott hotel. Very kind women doing the treatments. The body scrub/mud is so nice and the shower after is very fun. My skin was very soft afterwards. The Lomi lomi massage was very nice as well. Wrapped it up with a moisturizing facial. No complaints!

Mixed experience. The website makes it look like you can use the pool and hot tub at the hotel but NO. Told on arrival that they are independent of the hotel. And their sauna was out of order. False advertising! But the massage by Lily and mini facial by (?)Loraine were very good. Only issue was the towel used for the facial left tiny clumps of lint on my face fine hairs which took a while to pull off! And the towel for the nice pressure shower was old and threadbare. The man at the front desk seemed confused and awkward and couldn’t explain why I was told on the phone by someone else that we could use the hotel pool/spa.
