Mikey is the best
Mikey called prior to arrival to confirm our location despite incorrect GPS map information and estimated his arrival time. Although his treatment area was small, our whole structure was covered under their warranty program. Smart Pest Prevention provided an annual fee estimate to extend the one year warranty.
Mikey explained the termite treatment process and when finished we could not see the treatment locations. He pointed out some ants in our house and told us how to deal with them. He was full of information, friendly, courteous, and answered all our questions.
Gus always does a wonderful job of treating our termite droppings. He is courteous and very efficient.
