SMART Pest Prevention
“Mikey called prior to arrival to confirm our location despite incorrect GPS map information and estimated his arrival time. Although his treatment area was small, our whole structure was covered under their warranty program. Smart Pest Prevention provided an annual fee estimate to extend the one year warranty.
Mikey explained the termite treatment process and when finished we could not see the treatment locations. He pointed out some ants in our house and told us how to deal with them. He was full of information, friendly, courteous, and answered all our questions.”

Phil was friendly, efficient and even gave us suggestions to keep the pesky ,tiny ants our property seems to have, at bay. Thank you Kona Coast and especially Phil for the wonderful job he does. A true asset to the company Mahalo, The Phillips at Alii Villas”
