I can't thank Dr. Poggi enough for taking care of my baby Sadie the pug. She knew exactly what was wrong with her and was so caring to her. Sadie is a senior pug and we will be using Kona Vet from now on. The clerical team was efficient and professional.

Sharron Rose at the kona location is a winner for Kona Verterinary Service!!.. she's is very very polite and professional. I'm definitely looking forward to this vet visit!! And by the way i just got off the phone also with Moana from the waikaloa location.. just as professional and courteous!!! Kona veterinary service seems to be top notch so far!!!!! I got 2 different appointments for 2 different reasons for 2 different dogs according to the availabilities. 5 stars. Mahalos Fam ?
Dr. Jordan has been my fur babies vet every since they opened their office in Waikoloa, and he is absolutely amazing. I recently put one of my fur babies to sleep as he was suffering from kidney failure, and nothing could be done. He still tried everything to at least make his last days better. He was so compassionate and caring that I will never forget one of the hardest days of my life, but thanks to his support, I was able to get through it. Then, I received a touching card of comfort from his staff, and I knew then I had the best care for my fur babies always. They are all amazing and kind.
