We have been taking our dog Mahina since we got her (about 7 weeks old) she is now almost two. They provide fast, reliable, and accurate services. I'm baffled on how excited she is to go to the vet! We will definitely be lifetime customers!

While I absolutely love Dr Jordan and Dr Walker, I have to comment on the office staff and one vet. Sometimes the person that answers the phone is polite and courteous and does her best to answer my question or schedule an appt for me. There is however, one person who is extremely rude on the phone. I understand they are overwhelmed as there is a severe vet shortage on this island, but front office folks should have some customer service skills. I also have had problems with Dr Milnes. I've seen her 3 times now and all 3 of them were extremely frustrating. She speaks in extremely clinical terms that the average person can't understand.
