They do around 20 trees quarterly. Whenever we call to set up an appointment, they give us an estimated day/time and then confirm the day before or day of arrival, so sometimes last-minute but that works for us since they always fit us into the time-frame we need them to come. Hands down the best tree service on the Big Island. They send a huge crew, get the job done, no matter how difficult. The owner has a heart of gold, the employees are super nice and extremely competent. This company is the only company to use. Period.
Keith and Bula did a great job for me. A tree had fallen on my roof Wednesday night and they were here on Friday and had it removed with no damage to the roof or house by 1pm. Very professional. I would recommend them.
