Notice quite a few 1 star reviews. Not to sure why because this place is great .. I made a appointment at 1145am today it was the next available one. However I had a pinched sciatica nerve ... extremely painful to the point that I was crying. .. got there as soon as they opened at 9am. And was able to see the doctor right away .. the nurses and doctor all very professional caring and very nice people. Told them my issue and got my pain medication right away.. It was a very painful lol but easy experience.. this place is awsome and professional and I will be going back if I have any other emergencies
The team at Kaloko Urgent Care is amazing!! From Jasmine at the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Chris, it was an overall great experience. They were prompt and efficient, but also caring and kind. I appreciated the thorough discharge document I received via text directly after the appointment as well. Highly recommend!!
One of our kiddos got an infection on her skin that we noticed one evening while visiting Kona. We got there just before they closed and the staff and doctor were fantastic. They were kind and patient (despite it having been an obviously long and busy day for them).
