Don’t ever consider this place as an option unless you just want too be going around in circles about things they tell you they are doing and nothing was ever done for me in 8 months of seeing these clowns. No Medical Treatment was ever offered to me after being approved from my insurance that this place never wanted what was best for my badly injured knee that was the worse part. Here is the terrifying part my last and final day I ever stepped foot into a room ended with the doctor saying “You should find some other clinic to help you cause I won’t do anything for you”. I can’t believe to just post to the public how bad this clinic is I have to give them one star I’d like to rate this place as disgusting

Office staff so inept, took 3months for them to correctly request an MRI, when it showed cancer NOT A SINGLE CALL OR LETTER ADVISING CANCER!! Run away from this place and their doctors.

Freaking horrible. Emily is so rude and bossy. She's not even an actual doctor. Do not recommend her at all run as fast as you can. She took horrible care of family HORRIBLE

Really terrible customer service! The referral faxes don’t always come in. Long waiting list for new referrals. Instead of resolving problems or explaining they emotionally tell you they are cutting off the dr.off. They also don’t return phone calls. You would think they would fire these people and get new staff since there are years of complaints on the same issues online. I tried to talk to the manager and she was as bad as the girl who answered the call.

I can’t understand people giving any less than a 5 star review? I moved out of state 8 months ago and not a day goes by that I don’t wish I could still be under Dr Lee’s care to maintain my back pain! He is incredible in every way. He had my back pain under completely control…My back is fused but like so many people I have residual and significant pain. When I was in Kona Dr. Lee had that pain totally under control. I’m now living on the mainland and I’ve yet to find a practitioner who can even come close to resolving my back pain. The staff at Kaloko was incredible as are the nurse practitioners. Especially Jessica, thank you for your compassion and your sharp mind. I miss the schedulers, the medical assistants and the office manger. Your entire staff is truly the best. I never needed pain medication because you genuinely and consistently worked to get and keep my pain under control. God bless each and every one of you! Sincerely, Lori Gale

I was patient. 3xs no problem. My insurance paid in full. 4th visit i call bf for appt confirmation. Was told my insurance company won't cover. My insurance calls them, 3 way call. Told no one in billing available. I call. Same bs. I give msg from my insurance company. Need to correct last bill and resubmit. Staff person gets loud n rude. Won't do resubmit. Guess she neva makes errors. So I no longer patient because their billing person is perfect. No errors ever. Very unprofessional. The person treating me was awesome. He will never hear why I'm not allowed to come. I can of I pay the service in full myself

Kaliko pain Center is a definite NO! The physicians assistant I was assigned to was too busy, running back-and-forth eating her lunch during my appointment and not focusing on me, the patient. I felt like she was reading from a manifest and was memorizing her spiel to me. She would not let me ask questions and constantly cut me off. She also did not ask me about my previous health conditions. I was so disappointed I had driven an hour and a half each direction for this appointment, which caused more pain from sitting. My back due to an L4&L5 slip disc and severe chronic pain for the past 3 1/2 years . No empathy nor compassion! They tell you what they are going to do without discussing or giving you a choice of options, their options is final which is final! It's what they want to do not what you need.

Dr. Lee is exceptional. I had tons of anxiety over an epidural injection in my lower back because on the mainland I had these done with mild sedation, but that is not offered at Kaloko. Dr. Lee listened to my concerns, explained the current research and told me that I would be happily surprised by the outcome without sedation. He was right. He has an excellent bedside manner, discussed my MRI images and took the time to answer all of my questions. In the procedure he talked me the whole way through it, describing what I should be feeling at any given moment and before you knew it, it was over. I never felt a thing after the initial numbing medication and I was out in 25 minutes total. He even gave me a referral for a surgeon on Oahu who deals with my specific issue. Thank you Dr. Lee.
