Dr. Lee is exceptional. I had tons of anxiety over an epidural injection in my lower back because on the mainland I had these done with mild sedation, but that is not offered at Kaloko. Dr. Lee listened to my concerns, explained the current research and told me that I would be happily surprised by the outcome without sedation. He was right. He has an excellent bedside manner, discussed my MRI images and took the time to answer all of my questions. Took a while to schedule an appointment..But am really happy with the care and driving from Puna,took less than 1/2 hour for the injection..explained procedure as he is doing it..Great job.
Kaloko Pain Center has been a place, I have scheduled in my calendar for multiple months. The professional staff and their smiling assistants always show understanding and care even before you say, "Aloha." The atmosphere is Aloha. I have received care second to none to manage my back and knee pain. I know, I have received the best care available and on offer, despite my ongoing treatment and understanding my new physical limitations.
