Jensen, Charlie, Clinton were all professional. Jensen was open with scheduling; very accommodating. Easy to work with. Charlie explained everything there were going to do. Clinton was very kind and a hard worker.

I responded to an ad on social media for a two room carpet cleaning for $200. I was skeptical primary because communication with the company was immediate and precise, MY questions were answered and my requested date and time confirmed. I thought it was all too good to be true. Prior to their arrival I contacted the company to confirm they were coming. I was told yes the technician would be there at 1:30. At precisely 1:30 the technician arrived, he was dressed in a company shirt, very polite, super nice guy. He did a fabulous job, my carpets look and feel so clean, I highly recommend Jensens.
