The guys were running late but called ahead to let me know and ask it that was okay. Very professional. They did a really good job, just one stain was missed but did a good job overall. Very reasonable price. I would recommend.

From the moment they arrived, the team demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and pride in their work. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, and respectful of both the property and everyone they interacted with. They took the time to explain the proper care of our travertine stone floors and educated us on why acid-based cleaning methods can permanently etch and damage natural stone, potentially leading to expensive repairs in the future.
Rather than simply completing the job, they shared their knowledge so we could make informed decisions about protecting our investment. That level of honesty and willingness to educate their customers is becoming increasingly rare.

Ed’s cleaning!! Thanks for a wonderful experience! I had dreaded your assessment of 40-yr-old Terra cotta tile flooring in my larger-than usual living room of ground floor 1 bedroom rental.
Marcel was wonderfully upbeat and professional, making measurements and viewing stained tiles on assessment visit.
Explained the complicated process to extract dirt from porous tiles, and washing as nd then sealing cleaned tiles.
And all unfolded as envisioned, with the team of 3 men dedicated to this challenge.
AND the floor looked “surprised and amazed” at “youth restored”!!!! Restored my hopes too!! A bargain!! Highly recommend Ed’s Cleaning for tile flooring challenges.
