I recently had a display issue with my IMAC. The screen looked like it was melting. I took it to Jack. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes and assured me he would fix it. Like five business days later he called to say it was ready for pick up. I was very surprised and then thrilled when it turned out to be true. For me, Jack Be Click, and Jack B Quick, as well as Jack really be knowin' what he's doing. He is a terrific and reliable rep for Apple products on this island. My forever thanks.
