Hawaii Family Dental - Kona provides gentle and comfort-conscious dental care for all ages in a welcoming environment. Located in the Crossroads Medical Center, the practice offers a variety of services. Patients appreciate the efficient and thorough cleanings. The dentists, including Dr. Sieka, are fantastic, very professional, and know their stuff. She is super great at reading the room and uses fun ways to explain to the kids what's going on. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the office is always right on time with appointments. Overall, Hawaii Family Dental - Kona is dedicated to delivering a positive dental experience for everyone.
I love my dentists and assistants but, unfortunately, I’m losing my 3rd dentist in 2 years because of managerial issues, evidently. They don’t seem to want to KEEP them, though, it seems. I’m hearing there are disagreements between staff and management about their concerns, rate of pay, etc. They are all leaving for “greener pastures”. They’ve had some of the best dentists I’ve had but every time I’ve gone back for something or other I have a NEW dentist!! I’d like to have one that knows my history.
