Costco Vision Center provides exceptional service and care. Their staff, including Dr. Kitamori, Josh, Ryan, and Sophia, are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure customers' vision needs are met, making adjustments and offering honest counsel on glasses and contacts. With efficient and timely service, customers leave feeling satisfied and seeing clearly.
Josh at the eye center in Kona Costco was great. Efficient, friendly, and I walked away happy with the who experience and a new set of glasses.
I have always had a great experience with the staff and eye doctors here. Keep it up! I'll come back and bring my money here.
My glasses are always breaking (due to toddlers) so I visit the optical department to replace my glasses throughout the year. I also drop in for adjustments every now and then. The selection isn't the best but the glasses are affordable which is a plus. I have to mention Sophia. She goes above and beyond for me every time I shop here. I've always had 5+ star service from Sophia. I'd recommend going here when she's working, you won't be disappointed.
When I got my new contacts, my right eye wasn’t quite right. I called and asked for a recheck and they got me in the next day! Plus, Dr Kitamori was on-time, efficient and got my prescription adjusted perfectly in no time flat. I walked out with a new lens and a perfect prescription. Haven’t seen this well in years! Well done, folks! Thank you all.☺️
