Waiting for over 40 mins with only 2 people ahead of me. When it was my turn I was in and out in 15 mins.

Been here for an hour and 20 minutes waiting to get a haircut and with only 2-3 people ahead of me. Still haven’t gotten my haircut as I have plans for later but this wait caused 4-5 more people to show up waiting as few walked away.

I don’t write reviews very often but was real impressed with Big Island Barber shop! Had a really cool vibe kind of like a tattoo shop/hot rod shop. The young man I think he said his name was Jaden . 20 years old gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. He paid attention to detail and was very mature and professional for his age. If I lived here on the island this is the place I would be going

Yeah the previous owners were great 10/10 . Now they charge tooo much for what I can do at home. Used to be i think 15$ now is that. Yup nope. Always a wait . Previous owner was fast, now it's sad. Supercuts is a better deal. Or go with a private hair cutter. My boss did and we go for cheap 20 bucks each not including tips. This place was great, now it's not. Avoid.

Just waited 2 hours and only saw people exiting. No new customers went inside. I have used this place for years, but I am done.

Waited 2 hours today while they let people in who had the card for the place, I wasn’t updated on where I was in line, there was other waiting as well who came after me. I came for a simple hair cut and that was it but I guess people who don’t have a membership don’t matter. I have been there before and I’ve tipped the barbers well but after today waiting while the host kept coming out, I wasn’t told anything and was not acknowledged

Been here a few times and the two local ladies here are super talented. They do a great job and I’m picky about my barber. I only goto one of those two even if I have to wait extra time to be with one of them! They spend a good amount of time on your hair- not too quick or too long. I get a taper fade and feel fresh after every time!

Spent over and hour waiting to try and get in with no success. Put my name on the wait list Tuesday ahead of time, they remove me as reach the shop just to see that I'd wait at least another hour if I was to sign back up. It COULD be a good barber shop, but I really wouldn't know. Bad customer service though.

There’s a 19 year old barber who was soo patient and skillful with my 15 month old son. He was able to fix the hack job on my son’s head and with such skillful precision that you couldn’t tell my son had a bad hair cut (from a PX barber back in the states). I wish I had gotten his name.
