This place is great but it is so expensive compared to home. It's probably comparable to other places on the island. They did a great job on my nails, it was very clean and the people were very nice. It was very busy. You definitely need an appointment.

They will make you feel like Ohana from when you walk in the door-- I really needed some "me time" and it was fun to chat with them and have a few laughs-- made me feel right at home. If you are on vacation or live on TBI full time-- booking with them is a no brainer! Make sure you book ahead of time as their appointment slots fill up quickly. Bonnie did my nails and she did an excellent job. I know she had to work a little harder getting the old polish off (who knows what that other salon used on my nails ‍) But, she took her time and made sure not to damage my nails. After she prepped my nails she then actually took time helping me pick my color. I fell like that's such a frustrating part and loved having help!! They turned out perfectly-- see the photos!!!! Also, remember if you buy a gift card-- they are independent contractors and you need to book with who sold you the card but, you can't go wrong with either Bonnie or Mary Jane! I Loved Aloha Nail and I already have my next appointment on the books!!

Great place to get your nails done!
I was visiting Kona for 6 days and called to make an appointment before I left the mainland. They were able to take me on the exact day and time I asked for. Leave a message and they’ll get back to you! Both ladies are very experienced and do great work. They are popular so plan ahead! The price was fair. I’d go back!
