Tyler and Damien were very professional extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly and resolved my issues. These two definitely do your company proud and are an excellent face to associate your company with. It’s refreshing to have no nonsense and matter of fact service. We are very pleased with the service and will always use your services.
U’ilani and Tyler are awesome! The AC broke and U’i was able to get a hold of Tyler right before end of business day. He came right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. Worked with U’ilani for scheduling when the part arrived and Tyler’s professionalism and efficiency was top notch. Thanks so much! :)
Our greatest fear was that our AC wasn’t going to work during this summer and especially when parts needed to be ordered. Mustard it thru almost 3 wks, and found we didn’t need that part afterall. Some electrical glitch. Off and starting again like new! Friendly technician did his work quietly and made sure everything he had moved aside was placed exactly where it was prior to his visit. Good news, Haven’t received it yet but our bill will be substantially lower! Big Mahalo Tylor!
