John did an excellent job servicing the A/C system at one of my clients’ homes. He was punctual, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. He took the time to make sure every thermostat was working properly and even offered helpful advice about keeping a spare thermostat on hand for the future. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just there to complete the job, he wanted to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were well informed. It’s always refreshing to see a young professional who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend John!

John from ACS did a great job upgrading our AC system. He was efficient and was right on time. Was easy to get a hold up to answer all our HVAC questions, would love to work with them again

Shane was my service guy today., He was right on time, was polite, explained several things about the air-conditioning system which I had not been told previously, even though these folks at ACS are the original installers of the Air Conditioner.
So he did the service changed the UV bulbs, also the filter and replaced a part in the outside unit.
Now it’s not Making so much noise.
