They provided unbelievable service and commitment, getting a commercial ice machine up and running in an hour after another company suggested disposal, saving thousands of dollars. They are always dependable, courteous, efficient, and they know what they are doing. Great installation of a new central AC system with suggestions to keep costs reasonable, plus prompt emergency service. The whole team is great.

I called DM Air Conditioning and Refrigeration for a price quote to repair and service and our ice machines at the Facility that I work at. I spoke to Dwayne and explained that another local refrigeration company suggested that I dispose of the commercial Manitowoc ice machine because it was not worth the time or money to repair it. Dwayne took a look at the ice machine, did a few test and got the unit up and running in an hour. Always dependable, courteous, efficient, and they know what they are doing. Great installation of a new central AC system with suggestions to keep costs reasonable. Also prompt emergency service to existing ohana unit in the ceiling that was leaking condensate water. Nick was super helpful. The whole team is great!
