Sahar is amazing. An incredible professional that saved our vacation. My wife and I flew to Hawaii for a 12 days vacation. When we landed my wife realized she had forgotten her prescription glasses. We visited all possible places (LensCrafter, Costco, Independent Doctor, etc.) to try to fix it as fast as possible but no one really cared. Sahar went above and beyond to guide us on what was required and we got new glasses in less than 24h. I wanted to share that we had an absolutely outstanding experience with this optics at Walmart.We are a family of Canadian tourists that escaped from Lahaina fire, and I desperately needed contact lenses as we left the town without any belongings, IDs etc.We were touched by the manner how the optics manager was willing to help us in all possible ways; that she was so supportive and helpful.
