Sent a message regarding a car they had listed for sale on their website. Receive a call back the next day asking when I can come in to see it. I respond that I can be there in 2 hours. I show up early and the sales guy immediately has me go into his office and he starts pulling up cars on his computer that are way beyond my price range. I told him I was only interested in looking at the car that I messaged him about. He asks me if I'm sure and confirms I'm not interested in these other random cars out of my price range. Took one month to fix my truck call for updates no call back for two weeks Bad customer service at the service department!!!!!!! This was the second time. Shame on me. Don't go there. They tell you one price then when pickup your car the price went up by a thousand dollar. Don't go there.

Brian Seidman was extremely rude over the phone and condescending making my potential purchase from this dealership undesirable. I shared with him what I was looking for in a personal vehicle and payment and he instantly turned rude and told me they didn't have anything. I was simply looking for a used truck around $400-$600/mo w/$2k down. This guy is a jerk. He also was talking to people in his office while talking to me. If this is how this dealership is represented over the phone I am not giving them my business, nor my businesses business (and we can have a fleet of Chevys just as easily as Fords) and will not be recommending them.
