Huge mahalo to Skyta Roofing for an outstanding job from start to finish! Rick got the ball rolling by meeting us at our house to talk story. His feedback and suggestions were on point and got us the type of roof we needed and wanted. He and his team were incredibly accommodating and flexible answering all our questions promptly. The project manager Shawn, his foreman Brad along with their crew were professional, on time and very respectful. I went around and got multiple estimates. I ultimately decided to go with Skyta because of Brock. They were not the cheapest but his customer service was top notch. He explained every step of the process to me and answered all my million and 1 questions. He helped to coordinate for Nick to fly in and give me a second opinion. Nick did an amazing job with thoroughly checking the roof and returning his estimate in a timely manner. The best way to assess a company as how it deals with its challenges. Does it show up? Well, my install went sideways, and I was concerned to say the least. But Skyta showed up! They committed to meeting every promise and did so. The owner made sure I knew I was important as a customer. And here I am now, with an amazing solar system and 100% confidence in the Skyta team. They show up. And they commit to their customers. The end result is awesome. (My air is on now and my batter is still at 100% for tonight).
