l go to the PETCO in Kahului, Hawaii…. l am so pleased with the workers there especially…. l think his a manager there his name is Andrew😃he is always SO PATIENT IN LISTENING TO ME ABOUT MY DOG AND NOW A CAT👍🏼he’s patient in answering whatever questions l have and JUST A PLEASANT MANAGER!!!!! YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM IN YOUR COMPANT PETCO!!!!!! GIVE HIM A HUGE RAISE🙏🏼🩵
Love their sales. Wanting to get fish but found so many awesome gifts for cats and dogs! Staff is super nice and helpful ALL time even when they don't really want to be there and short staffed... Grumpy cashier finally smiled and was nice as she started her shift with a frown ☹ lol Thinking 🤔 it was a Monday
The woman that helped me was knowledgeable, thoughtful and helped me to save some money by signing me up for a free membership, offering me 2 products in one for an added discount and offering future pet vaccinations at a discount. I appreciated her assistance.
