She's understandably busy, but you need to just wait for her next appointment and become her client. Despite their transition, Ultimutt is reaching out to clients and helping navigate alternatives and is very responsive to texts and emails. Back to Annette and her skill as a groomer: She turned my boy into the IDEAL goldendoodle in a matter of months - when he had been given short and unfortunate cuts before.
