I went in for a massage and stated from the start that my calf was very tight as I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. And that my back was really hurting. This was prior to my appt. At my appt. They asked again and the lovely lady who checked my in, said did I have any issues with the massage therapist massaging other areas. I said no, I can't wait for my massage.He did a lot of my massage on my quad and knee cap (that left me hurting) the quad was feeling better. Been going there for a couple years now. The massages are good with couple different ladies booking hour sessions and 90 min sessions. However, they start later and finish early. One time going into my vehicle after a session the time was the time my session was to have been completed considering taking a minute, dressing, making another appt at counter. So prior to start of session I notice the clock time in the room in plain view, after session when looking to see the time the view is obstructed by a towel or one time a little stool. That’s literally the best massage Envy branch I’ve been a customer of. They are very friendly and customer oriented!Things to improve:- too far away from me (I wish they had a location in South Kihei)- the schedule is too busy (to make my last appointment, I had to book it 2 weeks in advance)
