I honestly didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until this massage. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming, she took time to ask about my problem areas which I really appreciated!!! The pressure was exactly right! firm where I needed it, gentle where I didn’t, and every movement felt intentional. Stretching felt soooo good! I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed than I’ve felt in weeks. Even hours later, my body still feels aligned and calm. This wasn’t just a massage, it was a full reset. I’ll absolutely be coming back!!!
