Just had warranty replacement of a failed solar PV microinverter. The microinverter was under warranty, so the replacement part was free, but they charged for the service call. It was worth it to not have to go on my roof, remove a panel, swap out high voltage components, and put it back, then hook up the new microinverter to the monitoring system.

They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what they said they would. I've been a Haleakala Solar customer for about ten years, and I am happy enough to have sent many of my friends and clients to them.

We had purchased 12 panels in 2015 and added 18 more panels plus one Tesla Battery. The whole process for us took about 60 days. The crew installed everything in 1.5 days we which was great. Our cell phone system app is right on target . During the past 2 weeks and heavy rains our system gave us a great feeling of secure power to our house. When the power went out in our neighborhood, the Tesla system kicked in immediately thanks to the storm watch setting. It has already proven 5 months of huge savings and got us through major weather. Ted and the staff were polite, informative and followed through on their commitments.
