This is the most unethical and worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life. They bait and switched us saying we can return extras and then refused to take them. Then they had zero dignity or honor and offered "store credit". As if I would want to be a customer with such terrible customer service.Here's the course of events:1. I placed an order over the phone with Magnus. Before placing the order, I asked him what can we do with extras. He said we can return them with a 20% restocking fee.
