I cannot thank Nikki at Salon 253 enough! I came in after a truly awful haircut at another salon — the kind with mysteriously perfect 5-star reviews (still wondering how…) — that left my hair looking like I’d lost a fight with a weed whacker. Nikki was so kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. She worked her magic and completely transformed my hair into a gorgeous, polished bob. The cut is clean, balanced, and so easy to style — I finally feel like myself again!

Friendly, professional demeanor; warm greeting upon arrival; explanation of the process and decisions being made about the hair cut. Britney was very respectul with an eye for detail: she dried my ears from water, after my shampoo; she asked permission before touching my hair; she asked for my input on how she was cutting. Intimate salon, with three? stations and one wash sink, but everyone looked very happy, and I was very glad there wasn't a bunch of hustle and bustle or noise.
