I cannot thank Nikki at Salon 253 enough! I came in after a truly awful haircut at another salon — the kind with mysteriously perfect 5-star reviews (still wondering how…) — that left my hair looking like I’d lost a fight with a weed whacker. Uneven, bulky in spots, and stringy in others, it was a total disaster.

Nikki was so kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. She worked her magic and completely transformed my hair into a gorgeous, polished bob. The cut is clean, balanced, and so easy to style — I finally feel like myself again!

Not only is Nikki incredibly skilled, but she also has such a sweet and professional demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. I walked out of the salon feeling amazing (and with way more bounce in my step). She’s definitely gained a new client!
