My parents own a condo in Bay Villas Kapalua Maui. This company billed my parents for work that was never done. They said they replaced several parts, including two boards. When my brother who is a HVAC technician stayed at my folks condo he found the same equipment he put in months ago. My parents are older so I watch all the finances and my brother watches all repair work stuff. My brother put his initials on the parts this company claimed to replace, and they were still there and we were charged several hundred dollars in repairs. We are very happy with the professional service we received from Done-Right Air Conditioning. Jeremy and his team installed a central AC system in our home and did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous and responsive to any questions I had. Fantastic and I highly recommend Done Right. Jeremy and Jacob were prompt, professional, and friendly. They repaired a ductless AC unit and performed cleaning on the other units. They went above and beyond expectations. The price they charged was much more reasonable than the other 2 quotes I got. Their office staff was great also.
