After 20 years of owning our Toyota Corolla, we finally decided to put her down. We got in constant with the county, who then put us in contact with D & D towing. Pomai came and told us what to expect once we got to Hammerhead Metals (where the car would be dropped off). Pomai was extra patient as the line was SUPER long. He was very friendly and professional. My boyfriend's fuel pump went out on his work truck after he had fixed some other issues and it was getting late so we just decided to get it towed from Kahului where it broke down to my place in Wailuku. I called everywhere and everyone was $185+ because it was after 8pm. Some places were also closed or didn't have drivers available. I found D&D Towing here on yelp and they quoted us $150+ tax. We were also told it would be 20 minutes and they pulled up in about 5 minutes. The guy on the phone I talked to was super nice and the tow truck driver was super nice too. We recently used D & D Towing for the Maui County Tow and Scrap Program, the whole process was effortless and quick. The receptionist who scheduled pick up and the young man who picked up our vehicles was professional and friendly. Thank you sooo much!
