Carlos, the pest control technician, did an absolutely outstanding job servicing my cousin’s home. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Carlos helped us with our first initial service. From the get go he was very professional and easy to work with. He was very thorough with our specific treatment plant. The summery of the treatment was delivered in an email with details of the treatment and the specific products used. The summary email was in my inbox before he left out property. I feel comfortable knowing how transparent they are with everything. The invoice was also very detailed. I feel like I got more than what I paid for. Good job Carlos!
