We purchased a home on Maui with great bones but it was in need of extensive kitchen and (multiple) bathroom renovations as well as exterior and interior updates and repairs. We were very fortunate during our search for a contractor to be introduced to Palani and his staff at Alexander’s Designs & Remodeling LLC. Palani quickly impressed us with his breadth of experience and resources to be able to handle as large and as complex a project as ours. Palani and his entire crew were excellent from the beginning to the completion of our project. He listen to what we wanted to do and had great ideas to complement the project. Our project was on time and within budget. Will absolutely use him again.
We bought a very dated condo in Kaanapali with an incredible view in late 2018. We knew it needed a lot of help. After talking to several contractors we felt Palani Alexander at ADR understood our vision for the place. Our building is older and that always presents unique challenges...all were handled beautifully. We were a little concerned about long distance communication but it was pretty seamless.Through pintrest boards and many calls everything came together.
