We bought a very dated condo in Kaanapali with an incredible view in late 2018. We knew it needed a lot of help. After talking to several contractors we felt Palani Alexander at ADR understood our vision for the place. Our building is older and that always presents unique challenges...all were handled beautifully. We were a little concerned about long distance communication but it was pretty seamless.Through pintrest boards and many calls everything came together. This was our 3rd construction project and 1st with ADR. They exceeded our expectations. They were willing to use new materials, products and suppliers. Their flexibility allowed us to create a stunning, yet practicle, high volume rental unit. They were also able to problem solve quickly because of their years of experience renovating condos on Maui. Lastly, they were able to finish on time with a very short renovation schedule.
