Long overdue 5 start review! I wish I could give 10 stars 🌟
Dr. Zen and his team are absolutely amazing! I discovered them after I was in a car accident. My full right side of my body was in so much pain. He started off gently since my body was so tense and eased into adjustments.
Let me just say I absolutely love the care he has for his patients. He is very informative every step of the way. Gives information and guidance on what he is doing as well as things I can do for myself at home.
Dr. Zen is the ONLY chiro that has been able to adjust my neck properly, and that is such a huge deal for me. Unfortunately I've had 2 other places on island completely yank and twist my neck, making it so much worse. I never thought I'd feel safe or have trust in another Chiropractor again. Thank goodness for Dr. Zen 🙏 I feel very relaxed at each appointment knowing him and his team are there to take care of me and relieve my pain.
I started off with 2 appointments weekly for months, and now I'm down to 1 appointment per month which definitely says something about the excellent care I am in.
I truly can't thank you all enough. Thank you for being so good to me. Thank you for caring about me. Thank you for getting me back to some sense of normalcy. I truly appreciate you and everyone at Zen Health Center. ❤️

Dr. Zen is an outstanding chiropractor and heath practitioner and I would highly recommend him. I've been seeing him on a monthly basis for about a year for spine and soft tissue maintenance. He's knowledgable and always very gracious, and spends a good amount of time adjusting and maintaining this old body of mine.
