Tedd has been practicing yoga for ~25 years, and for the past decade or more, and for more than a decade, he's been traveling to India annually receiving in-depth continual training in the traditional Ayurveda. He is very well-learned and dedicated to this path...the results speak for themselves.

Tedd and Masumi are not in this business to make money, they are teachers that care about your wellness. When you practice here there is no doubt you are experiencing Yoga as it is intended; to connect mind, body, and inner self. Tedd & Masumi are wonderful yoga teachers! They teach authentic Yoga based on their knowledge from India and easy to understand & follow. My whole family attends this yoga (including 11 year old daughter)!
