Awesome experience with this company. I came to the showroom, looked at many samples, and had a very knowledgeable person ask me if I needed any help with reviewing the flooring samples. In the end I went with the product that best fit my floor needs, with the help of their owner recommending my selection, and the purchase was a smooth process. Love our flooring! It transformed our house and at a great price. Our only disappointment was that we borrowed a sample of a bullnose so we could plan to add this for our transition to a step down room. We didn’t realize the sample was a different width from what we ordered so the one we ordered didn’t fit well causing it to overhang the step down a considerable amount. It’s already come loose once because of the lack of support underneath. Hopefully this last fix of adding a plywood underneath will work. It would have helped if we knew the sample was different from what we had ordered. Otherwise we were very happy with our purchase and customer service.
