I would like a shout out to Wayne's Flooring and our salesperson, Tawny Edwards from their Kaimuki store for pursuing a flooring problem over 13 months amidst supply chain problems. We had a complete installation of Shaw flooring in Nov 2015 and discovered recently some repairs needed in Oct 2021 (30 year warranty). Unfortunately, the material color was no longer in their warehouse stock and she had to pursue over many months. Finally after securing from the mainland, their installer K.C. did a superb job in the midst of holiday season work plus she was kind enough to install bathroom cove installation at no additional cost for our patience. Nov 2022. Mahalo!

We needed to replace our kitchen and bathroom floors and wanted something as close to the original sheet vinyl as possible. None of the big box stores were at all helpful in finding any flooring we wanted. Michele at Wayne's Flooring was patient, kind, creative, recourceful, and she located a product that was as close to the wish list as possible. The team that came to install the floor was equally skilled and creative. The new floor is better than the original and Wayne's deserves five stars and some extras.

We needed new carpets for a hallway and 3 bedrooms. I went there and was able to schedule an appointment within a week and took one day to finish everything. I'm very satisfied with their work.
