Wainani Wellness is such a gem! Wainani has the sweetest, calmest voice that makes it so easy to follow along and stay focused during Pilates. I did a private session with my coworkers and absolutely loved it. I left feeling stronger in my core and with so much more awareness of how to properly engage the right muscles. It was such an amazing experience—highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength and feel rejuvenated!

Wainani has been my Pilates instructor for many years. I love her style of teaching, encouraging everyone no matter if you're a beginner or more advanced. Her passion and dedication to this art is remarkable. I'm so glad that she has her own studio now, and offers other instructors the opportunity to workout there, too, with their clients. At this time with the Covid19 pandemic, she is offering online classes. She has private and semi-private classes going on at this time, too. I find that Pilates builds on whatever level you are. The more often and consistent you are in attending a class, the stronger you become, without getting bulky.
