Waikiki Beach Yoga & Yoga Hikes

This review is from May 2022. As for starting a day of hiking, I took the gentle beach yoga to stretch and to prepare the body for long day ahead. It was done under the Hawaiian trees so I didn't have to worry about getting too much sun. The sound of water and birds as well as breeze and aroma from beach and trees clear the mind almost felt like washing out all the negativities I had in mind at that time. It was such a wonderful experience. Strongly recommended.

My friends and I spontaneously decided to try yoga before the sun set. We rushed over on some Biki bikes and arrived 10 minutes after the class was supposed to start. Although we were late, our instructor, Ali, was understanding and even waited for us before she began. The class was challenging but relaxing. It was the first time for most of us and Ali was supportive as she guided us through the movements. The view of the sunset over the beach only helped to make the class even more serene. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to rejuvenate and relax!

Highly recommend whether you are a visitor or live here. Doing yoga outdoors in such an environment is an unreal experience that no studio can compare with. Great yoga session with Olivia. She took time to make sure the environment was comfortable for us. Her demeanor allowed a new attendee like myself feel comfortable. She offered help and suggestions, but not excessively, and timed them to prevent interruption with our focus. I did the daytime appointment and would like to try the evening sessions. Also Karen, the owner, was very helpful. She was responsive and when I had difficulty booking multi group sessions, she was a great help.
