Diamond Head Plumbing Inc.

Diamond Head Plumbing, Inc. is a family-run plumbing and remodeling business that has been serving the Honolulu area for over 40 years. They are fully licensed and insured, and their services go beyond just plumbing, as they also specialize in bathroom and kitchen renovations.

Customers have consistently praised the company's professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. When customers call, they are met with prompt service, as the company's representatives, such as Deb, are known for their quick response and pleasant demeanor. The plumbers, like Nick, are described as knowledgeable, respectful, and patient in addressing customers' questions and concerns.

While the company is generally well-regarded, one customer noted a recent policy change regarding labor rates for jobs where the customer provides their own parts. In this case, the labor rate was 53% higher than the standard rate, making the service a poor value. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as the overall reviews of Diamond Head Plumbing are overwhelmingly positive, highlighting their experience, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
