Office is located in Ala Moana Building where Bank of Hawaii is on bottom floor on Kapiolani Blvd. My appointment was at 10:20 am so they took me earlier. They wasn't even busy at all. Medical Assistant receptionist mentioned that if you want 3D mammogram that it will cost $75.00 not covered by medical insurance. Jean who is the technician for mammogram is the only one who does it. She mentioned that another technician does the other service.
