This is my review of my recent visit to this facility for my loved one’s scheduled MRI. The waiting time was almost two hours, which was manageable since we had been informed beforehand that it would take that long.
While waiting, I noticed a few things. First, the music selection was good. They had a variety of songs playing, which kept me entertained and even made me hum along.
Second, the restrooms were clean. However, there were a few splashes of water left on the sinks from previous users.

“I had a wonderful experience at InVision Imaging on South King Street. I was very nervous about having an MRI because I’m claustrophobic, but the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Everyone was so friendly and caring, and they even gave me chocolates, which was such a sweet gesture! 🍫❤ My radiologist was also wonderful and even complimented my socks, which made me laugh and helped me relax. 😂🧦 I truly appreciate how well I was treated. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful experience so much easier!”

From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless and delightful. The front desk staff explained the check-in process well. They had a cool waiting area in the back for patients waiting to start their MRI. It had a fish tank and a small tablet displaying Sudoku puzzles, which I found enjoyable. The PPE for the MRI was impeccable, and the technicians did an excellent job. As a bonus, they even gave me water and chocolate to take home! And the facility was so clean and comfortable
