Thank you so much Invision for making my MRI a pleasant experience again. There is a strong sense of aloha and many natural elements at Invision that give a calm feel. Flo was so easy to understand and helpful over the phone, Maddie was very pleasant directing me around the facility and getting me to the table. Katie had all the best gear and got me out of there quick ? the facility is very clean and everyone very professional. There was lots of parking (Young St. entrance) and everything was barrier free. Large bathroom available and very relaxing waiting areas. It's always a pleasant experience for me at this facility ? mahalo nui loa Invision

My first MRI. Everyone I encountered there gave me excellent customer service. From receptionist, assistant to technician, They treated me as a guest. They even gave me a bottle of water and cookies! Very pleasant surprise at the medical setting business.

The details. It’s all in the details. 10/10. The staff is top notch - professional and kind. Extremely smooth process from scheduling, confirmation prior to your appointment, date of arrival and all that transpires in between. The office and waiting rooms have a spa/hotel feel. The fish tank prior to going into the treatment room is perfect! Can’t say enough but Mahalo Eric Hannum for your Vision!
