Everyone was so very nice -- quite a difference from the apathetic staff and unattractive offices on Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego. The vet tech and the vet were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.
Our experience at Vetco Hawaii Kai has been great! We are usually greeted by Lisa at the reception area. She's so pleasant, and goes above and beyond to assist everyone that walks in or calls over the phone. I've been taking Bailey, Kenzi and Catalina to see Dr. Stibbard and Dr. Wallace for their veterinary care. Both of the Doctors and all of the Staff have great bedside manners with my dog/cats! They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions I may have. This team rocks! Thank you so much!
Dr Jenna Wallace is fantastic. So fortunate to have such a caring, compassionate and kind person helping us take care of our Mochi! Dr Stibbard is really great too! Mahalo to everyone at Vetco Hawaii Kai for your always great service!
