Saw my dream Cornerstone ukulele on their website and couldn’t wait to see it in person. The owner (Shawn) went out of his way to meet me over the weekend and gave me all the time necessary to evaluate the instrument. I felt very welcome and flew back home with my dream ukulele the next day. While I had my mind set on this particular ukulele this place has many custom and one of a kind instruments from the best luthiers in the world. An amazing experience to see and enjoy these instruments first hand.
This dude is just ready to help like the others are saying, very friendly and also got back to me within minutes. Its 10am west coast time which is 7am Hawaii time and so he is up early making people happy already. What a great dude!! He even reccommends businesses that are not his own as a bro to other local places that do stuff he does not do.
Great site! So I just purchased an old ukulele and wanted to know more about it and mainly it's value. I emailed ukulelefriend and shortly after was surprised that Shawn had responded. He was able to tell me the size, style, material, date, some history, and approximate value. Best part it was free. I will definitely use them again in the future. Mahalo Shawn!
