I am here in vacation and slept wrong. My hips were so twisted and in pain that I could not walk or stand up straight at times. My family would go out and I would stay in bed. I went to a different chiropractor who just cracked my back violently and did not help me at all. I was scared that he messed up my back more. I found Dr Taira in Yelp and he had availability for me to come in the same morning. He adjusted my hips, deep massaged my muscles and taught me what I should do when I got back home. It was an amazing experience. Very different from other chiropractors I've seen. I think I felt an improvement from my first session. I'm still waiting for the 2nd session. I've had chronic pain for a few years and have had many different treatments of various kinds- the only other thing that helped was epidural. This was a pleasant surprise.

Dr. Taira and his office is heaven sent! I've seen him now for back and sports injury issues- that really just affected my day to day and He takes the time to listen and also wants you to be better. There's always something new to learn about and he explains everything in detail and meets me where I'm at and doesn't make me feel small. Staff and office space is great, there is parking, flexible schedule. Just incredible!!!
