I was fortunate to teach at the studio in 2025 while living on Oahu.
I've taught and practiced at studios all around the world and I can honestly say this is my absolute favorite for many reasons! The owner Michelle is incredible ,along with all of the teachers and students.
The atmosphere is always so lovely, Michelle always puts out fresh flowers. Adding a special touch that is just one way she takes extra good care of staff and students. The infrared

I've been going to Sun Yoga Hawaii since they started in 2012. It's my favorite yoga studio for a few reasons; it's conveniently located in Aina Haina and one of the few options at the beginning of East Honolulu, it offers heated classes and their Sun Flow is awesome. I always leave the classes feeling rejuvenated and new. Yoga is so good for my retired athlete body! But the best part is the community! Everyone is so cool, and the owner Michele is always creating events to keep the community together. I've met so many new friends at Sun Yoga. Thanks Sun Yoga, and thanks Michele for all that you do to yoga, Hawaii and the community. Keep shining bright like the SUN!

I use yoga as a way to cross-train as an ultra runner. Sun Yoga has always been gracious and kind. I never feel out-of-place or self-conscious since I cannot do most of the poses. They are always encouraging and supportive no matter what level I am. Thank you, Sun Yoga!
