Sherwood Jr. was very professional when he came out to do an estimate for our overgrown family mango tree. We quickly received clear communication about the cost, timeline, and what we would expect. They even took the extra steps to obtain a permit and placed signs so that street-parked cars could make arrangements to park away from the work area. When the day came to do the trimming, Sherwood Jr. arrived ahead of the crew to make sure we were prepared to have persons enter our property and that the area for them to work was cleared. Shearwood was hired to trim some trees out of a house that we were moving out of. We were still in the process of moving out when their crew came. Most of her items removed from the house but we still have some items in the living room in the garage. When we returned we noticed the side doors open and my daughters 5 gallon bottle of coins that she's been saving since birth were missing as well as all of my battery operated hand tools from the garage. When we check the neighbor surveillance cameras, it showed that Shearwood crew entering our property and removing the items. At lease we still good for a few more days. And they were not authorize to enter the house.... read full review

Heard from this company owners son that there were some health problems that probably caused some problems with calls, etc. I hope that the owners health improves and wish him the best.
