I've been getting my glasses here for years. Dr. Cho is great, takes time to explain and answer questions. Wide selection of frames and sunglasses. Lens made in-house, saves time. Reasonably priced although some designer frames are more.

I have been going to Dr. Cho for several years and she has been the best optometrist I have had. The staff is very friendly and there is a wide selection of glasses to choose from after your appointment.

They have great service and a great selection of frames. I like the Sabline brand since it’s lightweight and flexible.

My wife and I have been going to this locations for a few years now because it was within walking distance from our home. Everything was great when we first started going here because we have a great plan and the doctor's father was excited for our business. Fast forward to today and because of HMSA's EyeMed insurance, he now refuses to take our business? He told me his profit was not big enough and he was scared of losing money? I can understand if he was losing money but to say his profit was not enough just goes to show his greed! I'm going back to Tom's Eyecare in Kaneohe. Dr. Taylor Tom is great and has always been accommodating to our needs. Dr. Cho is great but her father is not. If you're going for eye care, this place is great. If you're looking for eye wear, go somewhere else!

Just had eye surgery...My distance is just fine. I'm a artist and I work outside. So I wanted tinted reading glasses.I asked the 2 nurses twice will these be tinted, I need them to see to paint outside.Twice I asked and was assured that they would be tintedCalled the next day, come get your glasses, I thought to my self that's allful qick.Came in to pick up glasses, completely wrong. They made me glasses for distance instead of reading glasses, and no tent at all.Yes I was mad, especially after asking twice for tent, I was willing to pay out of pocket for tent.They were going to fix them but because I was mad at their incompetence they told me they wouldn't do it to go somewhere else.What a group of people. Both the father and daughter.I still can't believe it!Save your self the trouble of going here and what ever you do don't be mad when it's messed up! Same on you !People should take the time to wright honest reviews like this one.I should of known better than getting glasses on the 4th. Street mall.I've since got my hmsa bill....Please notice the charges....I wanted reading glasses, and they gave me distance glasses.... Notice they tried to charge me for bifocals! I just had eye surgery! I got new lenses, so all I needed was reading glasses.! They tried to over charge my insurance company!Proof they are thieves, scamming my insurance company. If you deal with these people.... Check your bills. I'm turning them into the better business bureau, Monday.Shame on you!

This is the worst place to go get glasses! Made two trips here trying to get glasses for reading as after getting eye surgery. Twice I ask them, will these be tinted.... I'm a painter who works outside. Twice I asked... Yes they will be tinted... By 2 different employees. Came to get glasses and no tent. Save your self the trouble coming here. They refused to fix. Go somewhere else was there reply. Terrible service from the owner and daughter. Employee knew she made a mistake. Shame on you all!

They have a great and large selection of frames at decent and reasonable prices. The service is great and the turn around for new frames and lenses was about a week. I learned about Korean made frames and ended up selecting one of them for my new glasses. They are light and don't seem to slip even though I don't have much of a nose bridge. Check them out! Not sure where parking is other than on the street. I parked at a friend's condo and we walked. There don't seem to be many optical shops anymore so you'll be happy to see their large selection of frames. Service was great and they were very patient and turn around time was decent. They'll call you when your order is ready.

Always a pleasure to do business with their staff, from setting appointments to exam and select choices for frames. Just get pass the area and tight parking, if not utilize public transportation and hele on. Then go eat Vicki's or Chun Wah Kam, some "bomb a" orange Julius Pina Colada or Jamba Juice chocolate Moo'd and call it a day ??
