I was visiting and needed a local salon to do a hair updo for a photoshoot. I saw RoseMary’s as an option and decided to give her a call 2 weeks out to see if she had availability Saturday morning. Luckily there was a spot 8am!

Morning of Saturday, RoseMary was there bright and early and ready to see what I had in mind. I showed her a few inspo pictures but also was open to her taking the lead on her creative side when it came to braids and placement of hair. The end result was perfect - the plumeria she added as a finishing touch to the updo really made it extra special and the volume made it look like I had more hair! I was in Honolulu for a friend’s wedding and, at the last minute, decided I wanted a professional to do my hair. Japanese salons were quite expensive, so I looked for a local place and found this salon—and I’m so glad I did!

The lady was so welcoming and listened carefully to what I wanted. She styled my hair beautifully, giving me a glamorous look that made the special day even more memorable.

I went to RoseMary’s Hair Shoppe without a reservation but she was very welcoming and immediately got me into the schedule. The shoppe is super cute and located in a very convenient section of Waikiki (Next to the princess Kauilaui Hotel). Great experience and great men’s cut! 10/10 totally recommend ❤️
